Room was clean but smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Security was only on site until 11pm and he had a friend riding around on the golf cart with him. Unhoused people were either walking through the parking lot and cutting through the broken fences or they were hanging out by the elevators. There were also some sketchy people staying at the hotel. Ladies at the front desk were very nice. Breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels with complimentary breakfast. If you stay on the side of the building close to the highway it is very noisy. Definitely will not stay here again.

Overall it was a stay! The pictures are nicer than the actual place. The room smelled of animal urine very bad which got my allergies flared. It wasn’t the best stay due to that. These things should be shared if animals dwell in all units. Also there were no waffles contrary to the pictures displayed so it was a huge bummer.

I was told the $100.00 hold would not be sent to my bank if the room was found to be in good condition when I left. They put it through my bank anyway. My room was fine. I put a fraud on it so my bank cancelled it. I could not afford to have the $100.00 taken out of my account which then the bank takes about 5 to 7 days to replace. Thanks to my bank and not Howard Johnsons Hotel.
