A two-bedroom, two-bath apartment for four in downtown Sacramento - a king in one room, a queen in the other, both with smart TVs.



Walk to Golden 1 Center and the convention center, with coffee shops, restaurants and bars all around.



A first-floor unit in a fully remodeled 1926 fourplex, with a private backyard.



The Space:

Built in 1926 with the original foyer staircase intact - everything else tastefully remodeled, including a brand-new bathroom. A private first-floor unit in a fourplex.



Bedroom 1: king bed with a smart TV. Bedroom 2: queen bed with a smart TV.



Open-concept living area with a smart TV and streaming, plus a large family-style dining table.



Fully equipped kitchen: granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances, Keurig, toaster, knife set, and cooking basics.



Spacious backyard.



Linens and towels, central heat and AC, complimentary toiletries. Free WiFi.



Free street parking right outside on a quiet street, and one permit is provided. Watch for street cleaning - the home side of the street runs Tuesdays 10am to 12pm, the opposite side Mondays 10am to 12pm.

This was such a cute place. We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as described. Easy access as well which was awesome. Very convenient to everything. We loved walking to the coffee shop down the street every morning. We stayed here for the GoldenSky festival and was very easy to get to back and forth. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean and well taken care of! Everything we needed was there. I especially like the filtered water ready for us in the fridge and the coffee station. The host was incredibly responsive to my messages. And the beds! The beds were sooooooooo comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Stay!!

What a wonderful trip. I am so glad that we picked this place for my Ironman. It was clean, cozy and close to downtown. The hosts were so easy to work/talk with. They responded within minutes if I had a question. If I come back to Sacramento, to race again, I would definitely book this place!
