Property is great on outside. But inside rooms there are upgrades needed. Shower leaks, toilets have trouble flushing, heaters don’t work or have thermostat on wall that’s a dummy and don’t tell you that you have to still use heater manually

breakfast was fresh, room was clean and the parking was safe. the staff was excellent Arleny went above and beyond. The room had no digital clock and guests were expected to utilize the clock on a confusing television app. she went a found me a clock and she even delivered it to the room. she was pleasant, positive and friendly. it made the experience so much better. good job! and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

The room felt neglected because every time we left the room there was a cart in the hallway but never once saw a cleaning lady! Seamed like they did as little as they could to clean room & to finish fast! Manager tried lying to us & said the room was only required one of the services of light cleaning! Come on after paying $560 I think I should have also gotten my sheets changed & bed made!
