This looks like a newer facility and was very clean inside and out. The continental breakfast was doable. My room was the typical two queen modest room and the curtains, bedspreads, bathroom and everything was exceptionally clean and modern. The hot shower was amazing. Not sure why they hid the refrigerator and microwave and for me that was unfortunate. FYI, look in the lower cabinets under the TV. I took one star off only because there was no hand soap of any kind in the bathroom at the sink. I had to use the body wash soap from the shower. I would recommend. I will stay there again if I’m in that area.

Clean, quiet, large rooms, and walking distance to restaurants and a convenient store. Microwave and refrigerator are also provided in each room. The shuttle was also very helpful to turn in my car rental early, and next day shuttle to airport for my departure.

This was one of my worst stays.at a hotel. Booked this hotel to be close to the airport. At 1:30 a.m. there was a lady screaming for over an hour next door to our room. When that finally stopped. At 3:30 a.m. Very loud talking in the lobby that woke us up. Needless to say this was a terrible experience for us. We had to leave to go to the airport with hardly any sleep.

When we arrived at the hotel, the outside looked a little ghetto, but the inside is completely redone and absolutely beautiful smells great. The service was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Would recommend.

The check in process was a hot mess. I received an email prior to arrival and checked in as instructed and even received a confirmation text advising my room was ready. When I arrived staff couldn’t find the reservation took over 20 mins to check in. Top it off the air conditioning in the room didn’t work.

The elevator gyrated and shook every time it stopped when I went to my room on the third floor. The shower never got hot enough. There wasn't enough storage in the room; the two small drawers provided were very shallow and didn't hold much. Only one side of the bed had outlets to plug in electronics. The toilet was very low and uncomfortable for me to use. The shower was very narrow.
