Everything worked perfectly, service was fine and the hotel enforces free parking with providing you a proper parking permit to stay. They also allow you to access the bike path which you’ll need to unlock with your room card that the hotel offers you as well that allows you to meet with all of the hotel accommodations they have for their hotel guests. This hotel is located conveniently off of garden highway which leads to traveling around Sacramento safely. It’s next to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attractions.

The room was very old and tired. Peeling paint and damage. The air con smelt of urine when it was on and despite being a non smoking room the smell of cigarettes was strong and there were cigarette burns in various places. There were people literally camped in their car in the parking lot and it didn’t feel safe. Also the smell of cannabis drifting into my room regularly. Despite all this the two ladies on reception were very kind and helpful but I would never book there again, The final issue was I booked this close to the airport because it had guest laundry so I had clean clothes for the next leg of my business trip. The laundry was out of order so now I fly with a case of dirty laundry and nothing clean to wear on my next work days so had to uber to Walmart to at least buy something to wear. A real disaster and please please don’t stay there.

Checking in hotel staff was extremely rude the hotel room was so gross there were pubic hairs on the door head hairs on the fan above the stove Blood on the lampshade the lamps by the bed had burnt out bulbs we request more but they never brought them to us and they didn't even tell us we can go get them when we asked they just said okay I would have checked out and went somewhere else but we were there for Aftershock so with them taking out the money for the room everything was so overpriced I didn't have anywhere else to stay or else I would have left but everything was so disgusting I wiped up the floor with a wet napkin because I spilled something and the napkin was black will definitely not go back

This hotel was really clean but the area was pretty sketchy. My bathroom had a giant burn mark on the counter and there was a lot of weird people hanging around. The room itself was very clean and the staff was nice. It was just hard to feel safe as a solo female traveler, especially since the hotel doors are all exerior (like a motel).

I was able to book a reservation but one I arrived I had issues with my key card not working. I tried to get the issue resolved twice only to be told that they no longer had rooms available. The front staff then only wanted to grant me a partial refund.

This has been the worst hotel we’ve stayed at. It was dirty, the lights were falling aparte the kitchen had nothing, my room weren’t available I traveled with kids and they put me in separate buildings.

Absolutely terrible place, I have never had an experience like I had at this hotel. The room was disgusting. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Dirty, bugs in the room! Terrible marijuana smells everywhere! Breakfast is a joke!!!
