This is a residential community so we ask that all guests respect the residents by limiting activities and noise in the hallways and loud music and noises in the apartment.

Leave the trash bag tied and in the trash bin, place in the hallway for garbage pick up nightly by 8pm.

Parking: If you added parking you should have received those directions along with parking level and spot assignment separately. You can still add parking at any point but can take a couple hours to process sometimes so please plan accordingly.

Th place is great an it is centrally located. Easy to get in and easy to stay in! We and my little dog were quite comfortable. There was a little noise outside early on after we went to bed but it was Friday night. Only thing that surprised me was that it took quite awhile to find a comfortable garage where I could leave to car overnight and get it in the morning. L st and 5th is the place to go. There is loading zone outside the bulilsing so no problem unpacking and packing before and after dropping the car.
