This 4 bedroom 2 bath house is a one-block walk to Camp Ellis beach and to Camp Ellis General Store. It is also a short walk to Huot's Seafood restaurant which has live music every night and Camp Ellis pier and breakwater.

The first floor features a well-equipped kitchen a full bath off of the kitchen (tub-shower combo) a dining area a living room and master suite with a king bed and a full bath (walk-in shower). There is also a mudroom with laundry and a large front porch with distant ocean views. Outside space includes a patio set with table umbrella and chairs and gas BBQ grill. There is a large TV in the living area with YouTube TV and Fubo TV streaming with News Sports and Entertainment (100+ Channels each). Fubo TV streaming has access to NESN which carries all the Boston Bruins and Boston Red Sox games.

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a king bed dressers and two closets bedrooms 3 has a queen bed dresser and closets and bedroom 4 has a twin bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two additional guests. The living room and all bedrooms are equipped with AC window units.
