If you're looking for a simple place to stay while going to OOB or Saco this is good. No frills but great staff and the little cabins are small but provide more privacy than a hotel. Very basic though, if you're used to a fancy chain hotel or VRBO, you will probably be disappointed

My second stay in a cabin there. The first time met expectations for the price. This time, the carpet was stained, floor was coming apart in the bathroom, no where to put suitcase, dirty and dingy

Modern little cottage suitable for a solo traveler with everything you would need in a compact size. Everything worked properly. Close to a busy road so there was traffic noise starting around 6 am.

Not good Access to the shower ,it had the toilet right in front of the shower , and there was no sink in the bathroom, there was a sink in the little kitchen, the closet was locked, no bureau Was clean, but definitely needed to be painted ,vents were kind of rusty Definitely not worth the price of 300 a night
