Don't let the 3-stars deter you.  This 5BR house, 100 yards from the beach and Goosefair Brook in Kinney shores, has been completely remodeled in 2024!  

First floor features a living room, kitchen, and dining room that seats 10 (table expands to seat 14).  There is also a full bath and bedroom with a queen bed on floor one.  Upstairs has 4 large bedrooms (BR2 has a king, BR3 has a king, BR4 has 2 twins, and BR5 has a queen with a balcony!).  There is also a second-floor full bathroom, and the large deck boasts distant ocean views and views of the Rachel Carson preserve.  Amenities include TV with YouTube TV and a ROKU device, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, AC units in all bedrooms, ceiling fans, WIFI, gas grille, and an outdoor patio set on deck.  There is driveway parking for 4 cars.

Great Experience

We were 8 adults - grandparents, 3 children and their spouses and 5 grandchildren. The whole week was exceptional. Great kitchen, lovely large dining table inside and an outdoor one on the back deck. Wifi worked perfectly. We recommend the rental!!
