Our family home, secluded in the heart of the Landes forest, is a true traditional farmstead, with its bread oven, pigsty, open shed, barn, and centuries-old oak trees. A little paradise with a multitude of activities to create memories, or simply relax in a hammock or by the pool. Very close to the Marquèze Ecomuseum in Sabres, a cycle path, the Mexico canoe-kayak base on the Leyre River, Lake Arjuzanx, and 40 km from the ocean. The accommodation: A house with 170 m² of living space (with electric heating if needed) on a 6000 m² plot in the middle of the forest. PGJyPg - A dining room with a large open fireplace PGJyPg - A living area with television and wood-burning stove PGJyPg - A bathroom PGJyPg - A separate toilet PGJyPg - A bedroom with an electric double bed (2x80x200) PGJyPg - A bedroom with French doors, with a 160cm double bed and a small antique wooden crib (another travel cot and high chair are also available) PGJyPg PGJyPg Upstairs Under a magnificent oak frame: - A large bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - A second adjoining bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds Outside: - A 5x10m saltwater swimming pool secured by a lockable sliding roof, with sun loungers and pool toys - A solar shower by the pool - Outdoor tables and chairs - A dry toilet (with a view of the forest for those who like it) - A room in the barn with a washing machine, a mobile gas griddle, an additional fridge/freezer, and plenty of outdoor games (Ping-pong table, darts, mölkky, badminton, volleyball, pétanque, shuffleboard, archery, bicycles, 2 pedal karts for children or adults up to 100kg, and more...) - On-site activities: large trampoline, children's zip line, swings, pigsty converted into a playhouse, large sandbox with accessories... - Guest access: Only part of the barn, the pool equipment room, and the bread oven are closed. The entire clearing, the Landes-style house, the swimming pool, the pigsty "playhouse," and the games are accessible, as well as the entire surrounding forest.
