Private: small garden with lawn. Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 70 m from the house. Steep footpath to the house. Parking at 70 m. Shop 1.6 km, bus stop 200 m. Cable car 1.6 km, cross country ski track 50 m, ice rink 1.6 km. Please note: Non-smoking house. The SaastalCard offers various discounts on cable cars and free regional buses in the Saas Valley. Any additional parking space (CHF 5.00/day) is available only upon request and subject to availability.
