Great partment, poor services

Overall, the apartment was perfect! I only had some issues with customer services. There were no towels or bed linen, and there was no WiFi. I called the apartment manager, but she didn't speak English. After a while, a really rude person from customer services helped me. I received the towels and bed linen the next day, but Wi-Fi is not included. It's not included in the description, so that's fine — just be prepared. However, it is included in some of their other apartments.
