Teeninduspersonal on vĂ€ga tore, aga on palju pisiasju, mis mind hĂ€irib. KĂ”ige suurem puudus on vĂ€ga ebakvaliteetne siseviimistlus. Spa, koridoride ja pesuruumide plaatimistööde kvaliteet on tĂ€ielik null. Samas jĂ€lle sisekujundus on vĂ€ga ilus ja hubane. Kaheinimese voodi vĂ”iks olla suur kaheinimese voodi, aga mitte kaks ĂŒheinimese voodit kĂ”rvuti pandult. Voodi oli natuke liiga pehme, aga siiski mugav. Hommikusöök oli vĂ€ga hea ja valik parem kui enamus kohtades. Ainuke miinus hommikusöögi puhul oli see, et leiba oli kahel pool lauda, aga vĂ”id ainult ĂŒhel pool. Hommikumantlid olid kĂ”ik ĂŒhte mÔÔtu ja lĂŒhematel inimestel on nendes ebamugav.

Great hotel in The center of Kuressaare

One of the best Hotels in Kuressaare, great breakfast, perfect location, nice spa area. Some of the rooms are a bit tired (so called old part of the hotel), but still ok. If I could choose, then I’d would rather stay in the new part. They have lovely quiet garden area where you can have your breakfast in the morning.

We were traveling from Helsinki to Riga and my son wanted to visit Kuressaare. The location of the property is excellent, easy walking to most of the places we wanted to visit. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. We did not use any of the services or the spa. Time to update the TVs, I tried to watch some news before bed and the TV is too small. Aside from that this is is a beautiful little hotel in an ideal location.

We enjoyed our stay at Arensburg and were pleased with everything. Except for one thing that could be improved. During night time, the air conditioner was very loud, which disrupted the sleep to some extent. But otherwise we were content with everything and would love to return some day.
