The main entrance leads directly to the living room, from where you can access the first floor of the house via some stairs, where there is a spacious room with sofas that can be used as a games room or living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and integrated with the dining room. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the house, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with two single beds. There is also a second full bathroom. The 8 x 4 metre swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden where you can enjoy wonderful sunny days. There is also a covered porch and a barbecue with a dining table for up to 6 people. The beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are about 12 km away, a 15-minute drive.
