Villa of two-hundred and eighty square meters built on a plot of one thousand square meters.
The house has two floors. On the lower floor there is a large kitchen with all amenities, a spacious dining room with TV with satellite and air conditioning with cold and heat pump, a huge bathroom with tub and double sink; a room with direct access to the porch with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning (hot and cold) and bathroom with tub. We also find a utility room with washing machine and a bright and large porch where to eat outdoors and in the shade.

Through a beautiful marble staircase with a large window overlooking the mountain we climb to the top floor. In it we find a large living room with air conditioning, a sofa of 3'10 meters long and a TV of 50 inches, 3D, with DVD and satellite. The living room has a large window that goes to the terrace. Also on the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning (hot and cold) and full bathroom en suite with direct access to the terrace and two other rooms with two single beds, air conditioning and also with full bathroom inside of each room.

All spaces inside the house have large windows overlooking the mountain so it is a very bright house. The area is very quiet.
The garden consists of a nice private SALT WATER POOL with solar shower, several tables for outdoor dining, bbq and table tennis.

The house was built in 2007 but has been totally remodeled in modern style in 2014.


Government Eco-Tax and electricity are not included (price is 0'25€/Kw), people normally spend around 5€ per day, not more.

Really enjoyed our stay in Sa Pobla! We comfortably fit 8 people in the villa and the number of rooms, beds, and bathrooms provided privacy and convenience throughout the stay. The kitchen is equipped with all of the pots, utensils, and tableware we needed to cook a meal at home, and we also appreciated having a washing machine and dishwasher. The house had a lovely vibe and we definitely felt relaxed during our stay here! We had fast and clear communication with the host who provided easy instructions for check-in and check-out. The only downside was not having soap/shampoo provided in all of the bathrooms. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. Only 15 minutes to great beaches, historic towns and supermarkets. The house is very well equipped and clean.

Great stay!

We had 8 adults staying here for two weeks. We mostly rock climbed and toured around site seeing. It was a great location and house for all of us as it was quite and just a few minutes drive from Pollensa and centrally located so that we could get to other nearby areas quickly. Highly recommend the house if you want a quite place to stay but near enough to towns and attractions to enjoy the area.

Perfect place, away from the chaos

Really easy book in process and Virginia was attentive the whole time. Beautiful place and not too far from Pollensa but make sure you have some supplies as we couldn't find a convenience store near. Overall is great getaway.

A wonderful weekend at Villa Romani!

This is an amazing villa, that is so well equipped with everything you would need for a fantastic holiday with a larger or smaller group. The house is beautifully decorated, with plenty of outdoor and indoor space- the outside area is fantastic, which even in the rain is still accessible! My partner and I only stayed for a long weekend but had a great time- the area is lovely but you do need a car to get around the island, which is very easy with Palma only a 30 min drive. There are local towns within easy driving distance, with great restaurants and supermarkets/shops. We loved having breakfast on the outside porch, listening to the birds sing and enjoying all the lovely clean air. Virginia is such a helpful host- nothing was too much trouble- and always quick to respond. We would highly recommend her beautiful villa, thank you for a perfect weekend Virginia!

Great house, great location, great host!

Everything about our stay in Villa Romani was perfect. Starting from the communications with Virginia, to the accuracy of the listing. The house was beautiful, super cleaned, spacious, and we loved the location. We will definitely come back for our next trip to Mallorca.

Everything we needed

Virginia was an outstanding host. She could not have been more helpful, nothing was any bother. The villa had fabulous space for 6 adults and 4 children. Villa was very clean and very well equipped. Would certainly return.

Quiet location and well maintained property

We were a group of 7 staying for a couple of weeks. We enjoyed our stay and the property was clean and tidy, as well as being well equipped. The apartment was cleaned and sheets changed halfway through our visit, which was appreciated. The property has good outdoor areas to sit out in (although mosquitos are very prevalent) with a well maintained pool. Wifi is very intermittent (but this meant that our children had a real holiday away from screens!). Only real issue was that we had a misunderstanding about the electricity charges. Overall a pleasant stay.

Super villa and base

This is a lovely villa. It is spacious and clean and so well equipped. Everything is of a good quality. Virginia, the owner, is always quick to respond and was very helpful with suggestions and locations of supermarkets . There is so much outdoor space which the grandchildren enjoyed exploring. Great location for exploring beaches of Pollensa and Alcudia. There is lots of needed shade around the pool from the trees; this does mean that the pool is shaded also at times. We were a party of 5 adults and 3 children and we all had a super time. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent facilities and the owner was very accommodating and extremely helpful.

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks on a family holiday with our three children, their partners and out two small granddaughters. We all had a fabulous time and found the villa to be well equipped and extremely comfortable. Virginia the owner was quick to respond with useful advise and local knowledge. The villa is located within 10 to 15 minutes from Alcudia and Polenca along with many beaches. Own Transport is a must though as there is nothing within walking distance. Our only criticism is we were unaware of the local tourist tax and electric charges until a few weeks before we were due to arrive which added almost 400 euros to the cost. I feel this should be clearly explained on the HomeAway website.

Villa Romani is fantastic!

We are a party of 9 and we really our enjoyed our stay at Villa Romani which is in a very quiet location but still within 10 minutes of Pollenca. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the outside space which provides excellent social space and eating areas for large parties. Our host Virginia was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed without intruding at all. I would definitely go back to Villa Romani and would recommend it for large parties

Lovely villa for a group of friends

The actual villa itself is amazing and a very high standard or decor and furnishings. We had a problem with the fridge freezer which Virginia came around straight away to try and sort out. It got better over the week but was never really fixed. She is aware of it so if it was an ongoing problem I'm sure she will have sorted it. The air con is only in the common areas and not in the individual rooms but it kept the villa itself cool. We also had a problem with mosquitos so went to the beach most days, but I dont know if this is usual or if there had been certain weather conditions etc that had made it worse than usual. You definately need a car if you are staying here however it is a nice quiet location.

Wir kommen wieder!

Liebe Virginia, die Villa und das Anwesen waren eine 10 von 10. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder kommen. :) Hervorzuheben ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat und die Villa sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet ist. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln, bis auf einen kleinen Disput mit dem Nachbarn. Es wäre super, wenn dieser bereits im Voraus informiert werden könnte, dass eine größere Gruppe kommt und die Lautstärke dementsprechend angepasst wird. :) Ein weiteres Manko waren die vielen Stechmücken - ein kleiner Vorrat an Kerzen wäre deshalb empfehlenswert! Dennoch hat das schöne Haus, der tolle Pool und die ruhige Lage uns vollkommen zufriedengestellt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)
