Our apartment is a cozy and comfortable space that can accommodate up to 3 guests. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, and an air conditioner.

The living room has a sofa bed, a coffee table, a TV, and a dining area for 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, an electric stove, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and utensils.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The balcony has a table and chairs for 2 where you can enjoy the view and the fresh breeze. You will also have access to free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and parking. We provide towels, linens, soap, shampoo, and hairdryer for your convenience.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself and you can check in anytime after 3 pm with advance arrangement. You can also use the facilities of the complex, such as the outdoor pool, gym and the restaurant.

The resort has a 24-hour security for your safety and convenience. You can contact us anytime if you need anything or have any questions. We are happy to help you make the most of your stay in Phuket!

CLEANING
You will find the apartment clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. After you depart our cleaners will perform the cleaning for the next guest. If you need a cleaning service, the extra payment will apply (1200 THB/time). On departure, it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!

SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY
Many guests will arrive before the designated check-in time. The good news is that there is plenty to do. We often suggest that guests visit the grocery store and do a small shop. That will give you more time to relax once you've checked in! There are also a few good restaurants for lunch so why not relax and enjoy some of the local food!

BREAKAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

There is an outdoor table and sitting area on the balcony.

BED LINEN / TOWELS
Bed linen and towels are available for you. There will be 2-3 sets of bath towels and pool towels.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING
Please do not leave garbage in front of the room. You can find common garbage near the parking area

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A POWER OUTAGE
In case of a power outage please let us know or you shall do a pre-check with the reception area if it happens only in your villa or the whole area.
