For you parents, three bedrooms including two with double beds and the third with two single beds (close together) are at your disposal. Your children can settle into "dormitory" bedrooms (two in total) for even more shared moments! Install yourselves in its large living space to gather and share moments of conviviality. Be sure not to miss out on enjoying its exterior offering you a magnificent spectacle with a breathtaking view. To start the day well, wake up at dawn to enjoy the wonderful scene that the sunrise offers you. Nothing better for a holiday full of serenity!



Meet at Pointe de l'Arcouest, board for the island of Bréhat, the change of scenery is immediate! This island, renowned as the "island of flowers" welcomes you to reveal its magnificent landscapes and its heritage rich in history. An atmosphere of gentleness and nature reigns all year round, you will have the opportunity to enjoy it fully with walks on foot or by bike, because yes, cars do not circulate in Bréhat! Breathe in the sweet scent of flowers colouring the island, notably agapanthus, symbol of this little corner of paradise. Guerzido beach located in the south of the island allows you to enjoy beautiful sunny days and offers you absolute rest. You will also have the opportunity to discover the island's heritage through the Paon lighthouse or even the Saint-Michel chapel.

Superbe emplacement comme nous l'avions decouvert il y a 5 ans ....... mais une maison vieillissante, et sans entretien.Menage pas fait : poubelles non videes, cafetiere non videe/ cafe moisi, restait un cajot de fruits pourris, toiles araignées partout .. etc.. .avons eu l'impression que le menage n'avait pas été fait entre 2 occupations et peut-etre plus.... Un tarif de location trop cher pour la prestation, surtout que le menage est compris.CG

Vue superbe mais maison très moyenne

L emplacement était parfait, la vue géniale et le jardin magnifique, mais la maison était très vétuste et sale, notamment les sanitaires, pas d eau chaude à notre arrivée, il a fallu qu on tombe par hasard sur une notice pour pouvoir la mettre en route, le ménage n avait pas été fait depuis un moment semble t il, et l accueil du concierge très approximatif… la veille du départ impossible de joindre le concierge, nous sommes partis sans voir personne…

maison ideale pour famille ou groupe les pieds dans l'eau

une vraie maison familiale avec son histoire à partager entre amis ou en famille avec les équipements adéquates. Un vrai séjour nature au calme avec son grand jardin surplombant la mer pour profiter au maximum du paysage marin rythmé par les marées.

Excellent accueil dans cette belle maison magnifiquement placée . Exceptionnel par le nombre de chambres et de couchages . Toutes ont vue sur mer . Spectacle impressionnant depuis le vaste salon sur les îles voisines Nous recommandons vraiment cette location pour les familles nombreuses ou groupes d’amis avec enfants.
