Our getaway at this hotel was sublime. The grounds, pool, gym, and staff were all perfect. The location is great for visiting Rye and Camber sands. We will most definitely return as soon as we can.

Lovely hotel great good in the restaurant. Had to wait ages for our dessert I think they forgot. Nothing around nearest pub is a good 20 minute walk away. Nice gardens to sit in and have a drink at the hotel. Dog friendly too

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was peaceful, spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always greeted us with a warm smile. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. My son absolutely loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. In fact, he cried when it was time to leave because he had been so happy and comfortable during our stayā€”that says it all! Thank you to everyone for making our visit so comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. Perfectly adecuate to stay and spend your day in the lovely villages nearby. The aetting was very pretty. The room was spaceous but hot (despute having a fan) and not very aound proof (it was a dog next door that kept us awake one of the nights), it also didn't have plug sockets next to the bed and the water pressure of the shower was low. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice. For the price, you would probably expect a bit more but overal it was ok.

Lovely stay, our second visit. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Pool and jacuzzi area was clean and well maintained. Separate female and male saunas which were clean. All staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely bar area and pretty garden to sit in.

We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout by friendly helpful staff.Our room 60 with patio was lovely.so we sat in the sun overlooking gadrens listening to birds singing and a Squirrel on the lawn . The pool was just right for a lovely swim . The lounges restorant and general building and garden beautiful. Thankyou Flackley and staff for lovely stay.
