House was mostly clean but there were a couple of dead bugs. Garbage hadn’t been picked up from curb when we arrived and no garbage bags were left in home to use while there we had to message them to get. Wasps nests on front porch prevented relaxing and we had to washer them to come and remove. No spices, even basic ones like salt and pepper in home or ziplocks etc so bring everything you need. Lots of gnats in home so the Zeps were in outlets but there were some flying around. Overall it was a nice stay and home was lovely.

Property convenient to Cartersville attractions. Clean, quiet neighborhood. Excessive texts and emails from the 3rd party listing company after booking. Then they wanted me to enter my information into another website even though I’ve booked through VRBO without incident numerous times. I had to get VRBO customer service involved to exempt me from that process. Pretty significant drain fly problem in the home. Otherwise, it was exactly as presented. Very firm mattresses. I prefer that, but not everyone in my group liked it.
