Villa 'Relax' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Ruviano, a charming village surrounded by hills, vineyards, and olive groves, Villetta Relax offers a 150 m² villa with a 500 m² garden—part paved, part lawn—accommodating up to 4 guests. The property features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, a spacious open-plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 10, double sofa bed, and two single pouf beds. Enjoy mountain views, self check-in, independent air conditioning, a TV in each room, a 50-inch smart TV with streaming services, Wi-Fi, barbecue, washing machine, dryer, dedicated workspace, balcony, and a baby cot on request.



Outside, you will find a private fenced garden and a covered terrace for exclusive use. The private outdoor circular pool (5 m diameter, 120 cm max depth) is available from mid-April to mid-October with regular maintenance. Guests have access to a pod coffee machine, dishes, cutlery, bed linen, and towels.



Exclusive parking is available on the property, with additional shared street parking. Pets are welcome, making the villa ideal for families seeking comfort and tranquility. Events with external guests are not allowed. Please respect quiet hours from 1 pm to 4 pm and 11 pm to 8 am. Waste sorting is required according to house rules.
