Holiday house for 4 people in Rute, in the province of Córdoba, Andalusia.

This simple little house with a pool is located on an olive grove estate and is ideal for spending a holiday and getting to know the interior of an unknown Andalusia. A wonderful pool with cold water jacuzzi, completely private, at the same time, with views of the olive groves that surround it; Very close to the pool is the barbecue from where we can enjoy, in the afternoons and evenings, excellent barbecues with the family; There is a wonderful terrace in front of the house where we can enjoy the light, the sun, surrounded by nature with our children; The interior of the house is modern and comfortable. The spacious living room with fireplace; an open, well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms, one of them with two single beds and the other, with a double bed, have a complete and quality trousseau; A large bathroom completes this little house that will make us spend an unforgettable vacation. The heating in this house is with pellets: the first bag is free and if more are consumed there is an additional cost.

The plot is completely fenced and is located very close to Rute and Lucena. They are two very attractive towns to visit; Route at Christmas, it is filled with nativity scenes, sweets, tastings, etc. Lucena is the town par excellence in this area due to its good communication.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het huis. De verhuurders doen er alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken. Het is erg schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. De locatie was perfect. Het was er rustig, met een mooi uitzicht en wandelrouten in de buurt. Málaga, Cordoba en Granada liggen op ongeveer een uur. Er zijn tal van winkels in Lucena, op 6 km afstand. We kunnen het huis absoluut aanbevelen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Andalusien, Anfang August. Die Gastgeber waren mehr als charmant und begrüßten uns sogar mit Geschenken im Haus (Obst, Pralinen, eine Flasche Wein!). Sie haben auch darauf geachtet, uns viele Informationen über die Region zur Verfügung zu stellen und waren sehr besorgt über unser Wohlbefinden (sehr diskrete Reinigung des Schwimmbades und des Whirlpools während des Aufenthalts).

Very pleasant stay in Andalusia, at the beginning of August. The hosts were more than charming and even greeted us with gifts left in the house (fruit, chocolates, bottle of wine!). They also took care to leave us a lot of information on the region available and were very concerned about our well-being (very discreet cleaning of the swimming pool and the jacuzzi during the stay).

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Haus. Die Vermieter tun alles, damit Sie sich wohl fühlen. Es ist sehr sauber und alles was man braucht ist da. Die Lage war perfekt. Es war ruhig, mit einer schönen Aussicht und Wanderwegen in der Umgebung. Málaga, Cordoba und Granada sind ungefähr eine Stunde entfernt. In Lucena, 6 km entfernt, gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
