Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin under a canopy of gorgeous post oak trees. Beautiful shady patios to do some birdwatching or have a cup of coffee and breakfast in nature. Grill dinner for everyone, play some games in the yard, or go for a walk in the woods. Clean up easy in the rustic outdoor shower. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was excellent with communication from start to finish — responsive, clear, and genuinely accommodating with anything we needed. That level of attentiveness made everything smooth and stress-free.The house itself was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. After long days of work, it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind. It felt welcoming and well cared for, which made it easy to relax and recharge.We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful setting

This place is amazing. We had plenty of room for 18 people. The kids enjoyed the swing and tether ball. It had a wood stove in the living area and a fire pit outside. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Prom getaway

Great property! We stayed in this location for my daughter to attend a prom. We have stayed in Marlin hotels (I use this term loosely) several times, I will always book this house from now on! So much better! It was clean, plenty of room, great, quiet location and great communication with the owner. We left a computer behind and she went out of her way to return it.

Wonderful and well decorated!

This is a great house with lots of space. It is very well decorated! We loved the country vibe. It was a fantastic house for family and friends. My only suggestion is bring some extra blankets if you have 10+ people.

Beautiful, peaceful house and location for a quick spring break trip. Easy day trip to Waco. My kids enjoyed exploring outside and playing with the swing and tetherball!

Wonderful experience

Truly enjoyed the accomodations and hospitality. Very responsive when asking any questions or concerns! It was great to have our entire team under the same roof, made it super easy to have team meetings and build our teams morale. The internet was spotty for some ( phone provider issue possibly) and I didn't feel that should be a reason to give lower stars. Only reasons I didn't give a full 5 stars - internet issues and due to the local, just on a personalized choice I would have loved to had a few amenities closer.

A Stay for Wedding Bells!

This 2-story cabin was very unique and tucked away in trees off the country road. We needed a place to stay for a wedding in Lott, TX. There was plenty of room for our three couples staying at the cabin. One couple in master downstairs and two couples upstairs. (To go upstairs, the stairway access is outside at the front of the cabin). The kitchen is adorably updated and provided with basic cooking utensils, plates, etc. A dining area and a bar height island off the kitchen. Living room is cozy with original brick floor with deco tiles. Everything you need is in the cabin and is neat and very clean. Julia is a great host and responds quickly to any questions regarding your stay or what to do and where to eat in the area. Lots of room to play outside for kids. Movies, games and puzzles inside. Not far from Waco or Temple. The area is surrounded by lots of pretty farm/ranch land. R Miller

Beautiful, well decorated home in the country.

This home was perfect for a family vacation! It was large, very clean, well decorated and comfortable. It had games, outdoor grill area and plenty of room to socialize with family, yet, many rooms for each family member to have privacy. I would rent this again and again!!

Escape the hustle and bustle

This was perfect for the quiet family time I was looking for. We cooked inside and outside, played board games and horseshoes and just sat around and visited. I loved it and the place is very cool, one of a kind.
