Manager Nick was truly a gem! He went above and beyond with his customer service and southern hospitality. Also Brooke and Morgan were awesome in checking us in and answering any questions. Will stay here again.

Keep up the great work we love it here.

This is an amazing hotel with a great location for our trips to Russellville. The staff is great with the best customer service you could imagine. Breakfast is always top notch with good quality coffee for getting the day started. We will continue to keep staying as long as they keep up the good work. The only thing that we wish is the double bed rooms could be queen beds. Occasionally you will seen a “over exaggerated” type of guest that does not know how to smile but he will be ok.

No maid Service

The hotel and everything was good, except no maid service for the rooms. Some reason they didn’t have any the whole weekend that we were there Friday, Saturday and Sunday so not sure what happened, but we couldn’t get towels unless we went to the front desk ourselves and asked for them or anything else
