One of the pillows on our bed had major stains, very visible through the white pillowcase. So gross! Walls are very thin, heard guests talking and being intimate with each other. The heater/AC unit is super loud, kept waking me up at night. It’s not a bad place to stay for a night, but they need to do a better job with their bedding cleanliness- the rest of the room was clean. Room looks updated too.

There were ants in the room. Needed face towels and no more shampoo. Guy drooped the towel son the ground and still gave me the towel. . Property interior is good. Outside is not well kept.

From the outside, this place looks like many of the other little hotels in the area where when you walk into your room, and it’s mountain kitch, with bears and dark wood, and deer heads , etct. But this place is different, the rooms are beautiful. It’s obvious they’ve been recently renovated. They’re large and fresh and open. Huge TV great sound. Fridge freezer microwave. That was a pretty kick ass room.

Good Stay

It was a good price for a one night stay, you could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and moving things. 35 minutes from Big Bear Lake and 20 min from Arrowhead Lake.

Front staff was so kind and accomodating. For the price, the quality was great. Rooms were clean, looked updated for a remote location and even had a mini fridge and microwave.
