Designed by Jasmine Roth, every room combines warm natural materials, custom finishes, soaring wood ceilings, and thoughtful details that make you feel like you`ve stepped into the pages of a design magazine while still feeling completely at home.

After a day exploring the mountains, gather around the fireplace, challenge the family to games, unwind beneath the stars in the hot tub, or enjoy dinner on the deck surrounded by towering pines.

We designed Hazel`s with families in mind.

Parents love the peaceful primary suite, spa-inspired bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen.

Kids love the oversized loft with two queen-over-queen bunk beds, toys, games, books, and room to spread out.

Traveling with little ones? We also provide thoughtful family essentials like a Pack `n Play and high chair to make packing easier.

Outdoor Living

Mountain mornings start with coffee on the deck.

Afternoons are perfect for grilling, relaxing in the fenced yard, or exploring nearby trails.

Evenings are all about soaking in the hot tub, gathering around the fire pit, and enjoying the peaceful forest setting beneath a sky full of stars.

The fenced yard makes it easy for both kids and your four-legged family member to play safely while you unwind.

### 🐾 Pet & Allergy Disclosure

**Hazel`s Cozy Cabin welcomes approved dogs under 20 lbs!** A $100 pet fee per dog, per stay applies. Dogs weighing 20 lbs or more require prior approval from the host, and certain breeds are not permitted. All pets must be disclosed and approved before arrival.

Please note that the cabin owners occasionally bring their own dogs when visiting the property. Although the home is professionally cleaned after every stay, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the complete removal of pet hair and dander.

If you or anyone in your group has severe pet allergies or sensitivities, we recommend considering this information before booking, as trace amounts of pet allergens may still be present despite thorough cleaning.

**Pet rules:**
- Dogs must be fully house-trained.
- No pets on furniture or beds.
- Pets may never be left unattended inside or outside the property. Dogs must be securely crated if left at the cabin.
- Guests must pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste.
- Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or additional cleaning costs.

No shoes inside the house. No unauthorized guests outside of the reservation allowed.

Guests are required to sign Rental Agreement.

Prior approval and fee required for all editorial/commercial/professional film or photography. Unsponsored photography/film for personal social media is welcome!! (please tag @lightfootcabin and @hazelscozycabin to give credit to the property).

Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed at the cabin overnight. Daytime visitors require prior approval and their cars must still fit in the driveway. Please make/update your reservation to reflect the accurate number of guests.

No street parking allowed! We can fit 2 cars in the driveway. Please make sure they are completely off the street. Street parking will result in fines from Code Enforcement upwards of $1000.

Strict quiet hours, per the county noise ordinance, are between 10pm and 8am. During these hours, please be mindful of loud talking on the deck as noise travels far. Large fines incurred (starting at $1000) for complaints called in to Code Enforcement.

No smoking or vaping inside the cabin or anywhere on premises.

- **Dogs only:** Dogs under 20 lbs are permitted with prior host approval and a $100 pet fee per dog, per stay.
- **Over 20 lbs:** Dogs weighing 20 lbs or more require prior approval from the host before booking. Certain breeds are not permitted.
- **No furniture or beds:** Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or other upholstered furnishings.
- **No unattended pets:** Dogs must never be left unattended inside or outside the property. If you need to leave your dog at the property, it must be securely crated.
- **House-trained only:** All dogs must be fully house-trained.
- **Clean up after your pet:** Please pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste. Any indoor accidents must be reported promptly.
- **Respect the property:** Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional expenses caused by their pets.

Unauthorized pets or violations of these rules may result in additional fees and, where permitted by applicable platform policies and law, termination of the stay without a refund.
