The cleaning service did not do a good job cleaning our room and we requested more coffee stuff and it was just thrown in the table. The sheets were just pulled up on the bed and it did not look good. Just seemed like a rushed and not very thoughtful job

Update the rooms. You walk into a modern lobby then go into your motel designed room. Hit my head on the air conditioner/ heater contraption in the middle of the night. That either leaves the room cold or hot . Curtain had to clip closed with a hanger other wise people in front of hotel could see us . No plug near coffee maker .. I could go on and on . Fortunately price of room was reasonable. Are door wasn’t sealed so much so that someone clear dropped a dried orange from a drink and it rolled under our door .. I kicked it to hallway since there was a cleaner and I wasn’t in a state to bed over due to bags etc .. rest of stay we then dealt with the crumbs of the dried orange peal now coming into our room … overall just a bad impression… 33 dollars for that crap buffet … are you kidding me !

Room was good size, outdated but clean. sheets and pillows were very comfortable! I brought my own pillow but used the hotel provided pillow instead. Ate dinner at the onsite restaurant "Ember" that opened one week ago- service and food were fantastic, highly recommend. Used the hot tub and sauna, both were great. Made marshmallows over the fire provided by the hotel. Very nice common areas and places to relax with friends throughout the hotel. Perfect ski in/ski out! Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

My experience is horrible for the price you paying in the resort like that they should step up with those rooms a little bit the rooms are old TV old no Netflix nothing to watch there is no playroom for the kids so basically you finish skiing and there's nothing to do over there years ago they had a ping pong table there a lot of people had a fun including the kids they took that away the restaurants they saw so the food is not the greatest one overpriced for the quality of the food the restaurant in the bar closes 9:00 so basically this place it looks like it's for retired people but let me tell you something a lot of retired people also wants to enjoy the time so you guys need to step up over there and do something to bring more people over there families with kids so they can enjoy the time staying there they should be a gaming room some people can have fun bar should be open at least until 11:00 p.m. I mean the pool in the gym is okay hot tub is okay But the rooms itself it look like from 1950s including the appliances

The facilities are great - though the pool access is a little odd. My only real complaint was the beds. It was a very busy weekend and all we were able to book was a room with a Murphy bed and sofa bed. Both were terrible. The Murphy bed was extremely loud and uncomfortable and the sofa bed had a bar in the middle that dug into my ribs when I laid down. My daughter is small enough that she couldn't feel the bar and my wife and I put the Murphy bed mattress on the floor the second night. Friends in another room with normal beds had no complaints. I spoke with the desk clerk and she offered to change rooms but they only had Murphy/sofa beds available. I was very disappointed that the hotel would offer beds this bad - especially given the price. I can understand the utility of these as a secondary room in a suite, but the quality has to be better if they're going to charge the same rate. I would consider staying here again, but only if a room with normal beds was available.
