We're delighted you've found us. Our favorite ground-floor apartment is a space where you instantly feel: everyday life stays outside.



The sunny terrace with its cozy lounge and open view of the Chiemgau Alps is a little piece of vacation happiness – perfect for settling in, taking a deep breath, and unwinding.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The apartment also offers access to a private terrace.



The property is close to numerous cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course.
