A washer and dryer are also available. <br>On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room (approx. 45 m²) with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa arrangement, and a cozy sitting area. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and spend time together. An additional guest restroom rounds out the living space. <br>On the west-facing terrace, you can enjoy your very own whirlpool—your private open-air spa area. <br>Natural living—all year round<br>Underfloor heating on the first floor and in the bathroom, as well as wall-mounted radiators in the bedrooms, ensure cozy warmth.
