The room was very clean and comfortable. Very quiet. I came in at 2:15am off the train and the receptionist came and checked me in without any question. I would definitely stay there again.

When I got into the room I couldn't connect the WIFI. I went to the desk and she eventually had to reset it. She was very helpful. The water took forever to get hot but it eventually did. I would stay here again.

The lights in my bathroom didn't work and the only other room available was a room that didn't get hot water for 30 minutes according to the staff. We had to shower/toilet by cell phone flashlights. There was a pile of trash in the parking lot and not cleaned up the 2 days we were there. Staff were friendly and it was nice having a restaurant on site. Slept well.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The hotel needs updating both inside and outside. Basically feels grungy. Bathroom needs a gut so new fixtures can be installed. The toilet has been replaced but it has a slight angle toward the wall verses set straight on. The parking lot was filthy. This property was at one time quite nice even as it aged, but it has been a victim of poor management and maintenance for obviously quite some time.
