Our apartment is located on a historic winery in Rüdesheim am Rhein, right in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley. Relax on the private terrace with a glass of Riesling. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. Despite being close to the lively Drosselgasse, the setting is quiet and peaceful. Explore charming old streets, excellent restaurants, scenic views, and the romantic Rhine – all just minutes away.

The holiday flat is located on the first floor of an old winery. All rooms are accessed via the hallway:
- Bedroom with king-size box-spring bed
- Spacious bathroom with shower tray
- Living/bedroom with sofa corner and 50-inch flat screen, king-size box-spring bed
-Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and direct access to the private terrace.

All rooms can be completely darkened via an external roller blind.

Free baby cot and high chair.

Free parking is available directly on the street.

The entire holiday flat is exclusively at your disposal.

You can reach us by e-mail and messenger daily from 8 am-10 pm

Bed linen as well as hand and shower towels are of course included.
We also provide a basic supply of toiletries, toilet paper and coffee capsules free of charge so that you can start your holiday right away.

The town of Rüdesheim charges a Tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night. We will of course provide these, so you don't need to worry about anything else.
House Rules

To ensure that all guests are comfortable, we ask that you observe the following house rules:

Quiet Hours�PGJyPgPlease observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and avoid loud music or other disturbing noises during this time.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment. This also applies to smoking at the window as well as in the bathroom.

Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior consent. Please contact us before booking.

Charging electric vehicles�PGJyPgCharging e-bikes, e-scooters or other electric vehicles is not permitted in the accommodation. There is no suitable charging infrastructure available. For safety and insurance reasons, charging via normal sockets is prohibited.

Guest information
In the apartment there is a guest folder with important information about the accommodation, the area and emergency contacts. Please read them briefly when you arrive.

Sustainable use
Please use electricity, water and heating carefully and responsibly.

Other rules
Please treat the facility with care.
Pay attention to waste separation and use the waste bins provided.
Please inform us immediately if anything has been damaged.
Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted.
