Set in a lush green setting just outside Saint-Malo and the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel, the house is located in a hamlet, ideally situated as a base for exploring northern Brittany, between land and sea. In just a few minutes—often within biking distance—you can visit Dinan, Dinard, Dol-de-Bretagne, the 11 locks of Hédé-Bazouges, Combourg Castle, Cancale, Saint-Suliac, and the Emerald Coast, with its beaches, cliffs, and famous customs officers’ trail.
We’re just a few kilometers from a train station served by local trains and the TGV (Rennes–Saint-Malo line). The back roads are perfect for cycling.
With its thick stone walls, the house keeps guests cool, and the terrace allows you to enjoy the mild temperatures while sheltered from the wind.
It’s ideal for families.
The first floor features a large entryway with a living room and fireplace, as well as a kitchen that opens onto the terrace and garden. The garden is beautiful, with a flower-filled pond and shaded areas. A master bedroom is located on the first floor, with access to the terrace. The other bedrooms are upstairs.
You’ll be staying in the main part of the house, while I’ll be in the adjoining studio. The entrances are completely separate.
