ArrivĂ©e le lundi 27 octobre 2025 Ă  15h45, nous avons attendu 5 bonnes minutes avant que quelqu'un ne se prĂ©sente Ă  l'accueil accompagnĂ© de la sonnerie du tĂ©lĂ©phone qui n'arrĂȘtait pas. La double porte, proche de l'accueil est recouverte d'un velours rose dont les contours sont noircis par la saletĂ©. La chambre est rangĂ©e mais pas totalement parfaite, des taches sur le mur, "les papiers peints seraient Ă  refaire. Les peignoirs fournies sont hors d'usage, des fils pendent et ils sont rĂȘches et de petites tailles (je fait du xl). Durant la nuit j'ai fait un malaise et mon Ă©pouse Ă  appelĂ© le 15. Cinq personnes, ambulanciers, docteurs, infirmier, sont intervenus et mon gentiment transportĂ© aux urgences de Clermont Ferrand. (mĂȘme eux ont constatĂ© que les pampilles des luminaires dans le couloir Ă©tait tenu par du vulgaire fil de fer. Pour un hĂŽtel 5 Ă©toiles soit disant Ă©lĂ©gant il ne faut pas ĂȘtre trop regardant. LĂ  ou j'ai le plus de regret, c'est qu'en tant que client, qui paie une chambre 186 €, ils auraient pu se renseigner sur mon Ă©tat de santĂ©, un simple message. MĂȘme pas, rien, quelle considĂ©ration pour leurs clients ! Je ne vous dit pas bravo.

HĂŽtel confortable mais n’étant pas du tout au standing des 5 Ă©toiles affichĂ©es et Ă  la dĂ©co totalement dĂ©passĂ©e. L’hĂŽtel met en avant la piscine / espace bain sur toutes ses photos et cela est trĂšs trompeur et mensonger car l’hĂŽtel n’en possĂšde pas. Il faut se rendre dans un centre aquatique PAYANT Ă  cotĂ©. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. Le personnel est sympathique mais le professionnalisme n’y est pas pour un 5 Ă©toiles. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est facturĂ© au prix fort, malgrĂ© un choix un peu maigre et des produits d’une qualitĂ© trĂšs moyennes comme des crĂȘpes totalement froides.
