appartement très sale et pas de connexion internet lustre inexistant dans le salon, fil apparent dans la chambre non conforme, point de vue protection, canapé vraiment dégradé, très déçu après avoir appelé le numéro prévu à cet effet. En cas de problème je n’ai jamais été rappelé pour la connexion Internet. C’est un appartement vraiment catastrophique ne surtout pas louer.

Le prix, le parking, l'espace, le fait que certaines pièces aient été certainement refaites.Je mets 4 étoiles pour vous encourager à continuer d'apporter des améliorations. Actuellement la prestation n'est pas homogène. Je conseillerai ce logement pour un couple. Le canapé du salon part en lambeau, j'espère que c'est le prochain axe d'amélioration. Les chaises de table ne sont pas du tout confortables. Vérifier si le chauffage est bien en marche en hiver. Nous avons pu régler ce problème de chauffage le lendemain, chauffage qui fonctionne très bien quand il est en marche.
