Closed bedroom, living room with comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, desk area, TV, shower, separate toilet, pleasant terrace overlooking the residence's garden. Close to shops (daily market, bakery, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc.), Royan's wooded park and tennis courts nearby. All of Royan's events are accessible without a car (Violin on the Sand, fireworks, Christmas market, etc.). Ideal for stays just steps from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine and Tassimo machine. The bedroom is very cozy with a double bed (140 cm).
