Bien agencé mais bruyant

Appartement confortable, mais cher au regard des nuisances sonores. En m'y prenant certes plus tôt en 2021, j'ai trouvé moins cher avec une vraie vue sur la mer, dans le même quartier mais pas sur une rue passante. Le ménage lors de notre entrée était acceptable sans plus (poussière sur des meubles)

L'appartement est très agreable, propre et bien situé. Très bien pour un weekend. Seul bémol, la table et les chaises sur la terrasse n'y étaient pas... donc déception de ne pouvoir profiter du soleil et de déjeuner dehors...

Réclamation apart pontaillac

Apart très petit, et trop de meuble pas adapté pour 5 avec un bébé. Revoir la dispositions des meubles, en enlevant certain meuble en trop ,qui sert à rien.de plus,les matelas sont morts. C est bien gentil de payer ce prix, pour pas que les proprietaires investissent derrère. Du coup nous avions mal dormi,et nous avions mal au dos. Le seul point positif est l androit ou l apart est situé. Pas loin des plages et il y a de belle balade à faire.nous étions tous le temps dehors à cause de l espace.

La location est bien située toute a proximité le seul bémol énormément bruyant la nuit entre les motos les voitures les ambulances et des gens alcoolisés qui crient et chantent fort sinon la location en elle-même ça va sauf pas de pression d eau lors de la douche.
