You will be a 5-minute walk from the beach of Foncillon or Grande-Conche, the ferry to cross the Gironde, the marina for an outing to the Cordouan lighthouse, all the seaside entertainment as well as many restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops.
Even closer you have a pharmacy, a mini-market, a bakery-pastry shop, the media library and the Notre-Dame church.
Finally, you will enjoy the products of the central market of Royan and the shopping streets which are only 750 meters away, about 10 minutes walk.
