The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming seaside residence for rent in Royan, approximately 100 m from the beach, with a surface area of 250 m² and capacity for up to 12 guests. It has two lovely living rooms (one with a fireplace), two fully equipped kitchens, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) is included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor (two separate entrances):
- A living room with sofas
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with 3 beds (double bed 140x190 and single bed 90x190), and a bunk bed with 2 beds (single beds 90x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
- A utility room with separate entrance, containing a washing machine, tumble dryer and electric bicycles.
Upstairs (separate entrance):
- A living room with TV, sofa, and fireplace (wood provided)
- A cozy dining room
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, gas hob, etc.
- Bedroom 3 (access to terrace): one king-size bed (180x200), bathroom with shower and separate toilet
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 4 and 5: two single beds (90x190)
- One bathroom with bathtub and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.

- A rubbish bin area is located near the gate at the entrance to the property.
The house is ideally located in Royan, close to the beach, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as restaurants, bars, a market, a tobacconist, a bakery, a mini-market, and a pharmacy.

- Visit Notre-Dame de Royan church, an iconic monument of modern architecture.
