Hotel reception staff very friendly. Room clean and well laid out. Only downside I had was I couldn’t open a tab to charge bar and food to my room. Which makes it easier for business stays. Thanks

Room 110 is next to a noisy boiler/heater type unit as it hums all night. Avoid this room. Otherwise ok but the shower screen needs a plastic seal to prevent the water from flooding the bathroom.

Overall not bad

Stayed for one night, check-in process was smooth, room fairly big and bed comfortable enough. More attention to cleanliness required, noticed big pieces of what looked like biscuit not hoovered on the carpet, and marks around shower / bathroom tiles that could easily have been wiped off. Food good, but similar issue with cleanliness in that there looked like a lot of dead insects around bottom of windows. Tried phoning reception to book table for dinner but no answer, so went down anyway but was told fully booked and to go back in 15 minutes which was fine, but hardly anyone in the restaurant. Several coffee machines around the communal areas of the hotel but only found one that was turned on, and this one needed to run through the cleaning process which took a good 20-25 minutes. Hotel has so much potential, think it just needs a good clean / bit of an update.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable beds, good sized rooms, excellent showers, good breakfast. One small complaint : only two disabled parking spaces, the other two have been turned into electric charging spaces.
