Staff polite and helpful ... room clean and adequate, Bed was really Big and Comfy . Shower room usable although Shower cubicle needs attention as Sealant is needed in some areas and some has Mould on it . Overall ..... a pleasant stay !

The welcome was warm and friendly. This is an old building with lots of character, our room was spotless as was the bathroom. Lovely comfortable room and just 5 min walk to town centre. Parked right outside the front door. Breakfast was self service with plenty of choice. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the Lansdowne Hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. Leamington Spa is a nice little city, the location was great for walking to restaurants and shopping.
