SANDI Holiday House

SANDI Holiday House is located in Rovinj, 4 km from town centre and 2.6 km from the nearest beach. Interior size is 57 m2. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and one small additional bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. The accommodation has one air conditioner. The air conditioner is located in the kitchen. The guests have a 20 m2 terrace at their disposal, as well as a covered barbecue area – a perfect place for the guests to enjoy their time together. The whole yard is fenced, which is suitable for coming with a dog.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in the courtyard of the house.
BED DESCRIPTION: 1 double bed + 2 extra beds (2 single beds). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).If the 2 single beds are not suitable for you due to the ceiling height, the sofa bed in the kitchen can exceptionally be used as a replacement bed.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 4 persons
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using the main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed, and an extra charge is 10 € per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
