This nicely furnished one bedroom apartment A1 is ideal for up to 2 persons. It is located on the ground floor and it consists of a bedroom with double bed and sat-TV, a kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and a dining area for 2 persons. The guests also have a private terrace with seating furniture on their disposal . The apartment is air-conditioned. A spacious garden and private parking in the yard of the house are on the guests' disposal. Breakfast is available with extra charges. The first beach is only a 5 minute walk away, and so is the city center. Such location provides a relaxing holiday away from the city noise but at the same time close to the beach and the city center of Rovinj.
