The ambiance and the location of the hotel is perfect! The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Prior to booking this hotel, I was debating between this one and another hotel close by. I’m glad I chose this because , this one somehow has a hood vibe. I mean from the outside , it’s feels welcoming and the rooms are big and clean. The only reason why I only score it 4 stars is the shower drain. it’s not draining well. It just drain so very sliw. I had to put my feet above the tub while showering to prevent my feet get dirty from the water I’m rinsing my body with. Over all , I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very nice. I think it was a little pricey, but nice. The breakfast was great, the bar was great and the convenience of how close it was to everything was even better.

Visited during December, family of 3 including a 10 year old child. I was expecting more of a Christmas welcome for my daughter, No Christmas music and overall felt it wasn’t a Christmas feeling. Otherwise the hotel was fantastic with no other complaints

Great stay! Close to many dinning options and transportation. Easy access to shuttle for Santa Claus Village and excursions. Breakfast included was good, nice variety. Sauna available on site for guest use. Note gym facilities are off site with a daily fee but good rate as it is discounted with hotel stay; location just around the corner from hotel. Would stay again and recommend to all!

Breakfast was plentiful but hot food was a bit bland and was the same all three days we stayed. Excellent rooms but no way to adjust temperature. It was too hot to sleep well with the heat.

Very nice hôtel but their new system with online checkin is not functionning Well. Took us twice the Time to checkin than normally Even though we had done the online checkin. Their system is not explained and staff not Well trained to explain to us.
