Childhood friends in Round Top for the Spring Show

The actual property is much more impressive in person. There is a large front porch and back porch overlooking the property. There are huge areas of land in all 4 directions. Beautiful and very relaxing for a lady from Dallas!The interior is bright, cheerful, and very current. Delightful!

A Pricey Little Stay

This was a perfect location for enjoying the Antique Show experience if you are willing to spend a lot for a stay with minimal frills. The house was clean and the host responded quickly to questions. A motley (but clean) assortment of kitchen items and cleaning products was provided, thus the “NoFrills/NoFuss” vibe. Prior guests had left behind unclean and half-used personal items in the bathroom drawers. Most unfortunately, the hot water system in the house was not working and it was impossible to comfortably shower or even basin-wash. The host did arrange for a plumbing repair, but it would happen after our stay wrapped up.

Cute House - we really enjoyed our weekend. Very convenient to Round Top square but not walking distance. Beds are comphy and the full kitchen was so nice to come back to after a full day of shopping to make dinner. Owner also responds very quickly to questions. Will definitely book again.

Perfect Girl’s Trip to Round Top

We traveled to Round Top for Antiques week and this cottage was the perfect “base” for our trip! The home was clean and had everything the four of us could need. It was so convenient to ALL the action of Round Top, but also quiet and comfy at the end of a long day of shopping! The owner, Louis was responsive and accommodating. We had quiet the storm the first night we were there and the electricity went out. I contacted him immediately and the lights were back before morning! I have rented several times in the Round Top area and this was by far my favorite! We will return!

Great location and clean property but lacks furniture

We loved the location. Beds are comfortable. For the price, we expected more sitting room- the furniture in the living room just needs an update and should be comfortable. Kitchen should be updated as well.
