What a treasure! New, clean, and immaculate! Easy check-in and check-out. Everything you need and just minutes from Round Top. The beds were very comfortable, one of the best sleeps I've had in a while!

Great Location for Round Top Antiques Fair

The owner was on top of everything, he responded to all request, gave very clear instructions for check-in, controlling the AC, TV etc. Everything was in good working order very clean and new. I would definitely stay here again. Also if you have a trailer, there's lots of parking.
