In the southern Alsatian vineyards, at the entrance to the small town of Rouffach, Eliane welcomes you to this detached family home. Boasting a large garden, this house is ideal for 6 people and offers a total of 7 beds, including 3 bedrooms and an office that can also be used as a bedroom with a 1m bed.

After crossing the private courtyard and climbing a few steps outside, you arrive in the entrance hall leading to the separate kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stovetop, coffee machine, and more. A table that can seat up to 3 people is ideal for dining. Next door, you enter the living room, with a dining table for 8 people and a lounge area with a sofa and a television. Access to the shaded terrace is from the living room or the kitchen. You will enjoy garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. The lawned garden at the back is enclosed.

For the sleeping area, there are three separate bedrooms, each with a 140x190cm double bed, a 160x200cm double bed, and two 90x190cm single beds. On the ground floor, there's a desk with a 100x190cm bed. Each bedroom has storage space, pillows, and extra blankets.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. A separate toilet is also available on the ground floor. A secure parking space is available.
In the immediate vicinity of the cottage are the vineyards, restaurants, the city center, and the Alsace Wine Route. Within easy reach are the Alsatian vineyard villages, Colmar, and the Vosges Mountains. Tourist attractions such as the Ecomusée d'Alsace and the Parc du Petit Prince.
