You will find a large master bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, two children's bedrooms under the roof, as well as a baby room with an adapted bed. The house also has a large bathroom of 18 m² with shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a warm living room, bathed in light thanks to its large windows overlooking the private garden.
The real asset of the house is its large garden of 400 m², rare in the heart of the city, where you can relax after your days of visiting. For your comfort, the house is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV in the living room and in the master bedroom.
Located in a quiet and wooded residential area, the house is in the immediate vicinity of a large supermarket and a park with children's games and a basketball/football court. The city center is easily accessible, in 5 minutes by bus or in 15 minutes on foot, which allows you to enjoy both the calm and the urban animation.
For your travels and shopping, you will also have at your disposal a men's bike with baby seat, a children's bike for 8 to 11 years old, as well as a women's bike with basket.
