Stay away! Very disappointed. The apartment was so dirty when we got there. Garbage in the bins, water buckets out in the kitchen, linens smelled bad, no toilet paper in the bathroom and it was very hot. To top it off, the room smelled like cigarettes. Terrible location for Rouen.
