Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, the accommodation opens onto a beautiful, convivial living room with an open-plan, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Whether you want to prepare breakfast before setting off to explore the historic streets of Rouen, share a romantic dinner or simply enjoy a moment of calm, you will have everything you need: oven, hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and much more.

The living room, both elegant and welcoming, has been designed as a true living space. You can gather around the table for lunch, work or simply extend the evening before settling into the lounge area, perfect for moments of relaxation. The sofa bed can easily accommodate two additional guests.

The bedroom, adjoining the living room, offers a comfortable and soothing sleeping area, with a large double bed and storage space designed to make you feel at home. The fully renovated shower room completes the ensemble with a contemporary touch and a high level of comfort.

The accommodation is managed by the L'ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week, from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00, to assist you throughout your stay.

In order to preserve the quality of the premises and the tranquillity of the neighbourhood, we kindly ask you to take care of the accommodation and respect its environment. You will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and receive the access codes.

And to prolong the pleasure a little, early arrival or late departure may be offered, subject to availability and prior agreement from the concierge team. A single fee of €10 will then be applied.

## Neighbourhood

The apartment is located in one of the most pleasant and sought-after areas of Rouen. Both central and very quiet, this residential area offers an ideal setting to fully enjoy the city while staying in a peaceful environment. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach Rouen's SNCF train station, which is convenient for travellers arriving by train or wishing to explore Normandy. The historic centre is also nearby: simply walk down towards the city to discover Rouen's cobbled streets, half-timbered houses and iconic monuments. You can easily walk to many must-see attractions such as Rouen Cathedral, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Place du Vieux-Marché, and the many lively shopping streets in the city centre.

The neighbourhood also offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: bakeries, local shops, cafés, restaurants, mini-markets and pharmacies are all within a few minutes' reach. This allows you to live at the pace of Rouen, enjoying cultural discoveries, walks and gourmet breaks. With excellent public transport links, this area also allows you to get around the city easily. Rue de Bihorel is particularly appreciated for its calm and elegant atmosphere, while remaining a stone's throw from the bustle of the city centre. Located on Rue de Bihorel, the accommodation is ideally situated for exploring Rouen, whether on foot, by public transport or by car.

The city's main attractions are within easy walking distance. Rouen's SNCF train station is about a 5-minute walk away, which is particularly convenient if you are arriving by train or wish to visit other cities in Normandy such as Paris, Dieppe or Le Havre. Walking down the street towards the historic centre, you can reach Rouen's iconic sites in 10 to 15 minutes: Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Place du Vieux-Marché and the shopping streets of the city centre.

Public transport is also very close to the accommodation. Several bus and metro stops are within walking distance around the station and the city centre, making it easy to reach the different districts of Rouen and its suburbs.

By car, you can easily reach the main roads to explore the region: the Seine Valley, the beaches of Normandy or the charming surrounding villages. The private and secure parking space at the property allows you to park with peace of mind, which is a real advantage so close to the city centre.

Finally, for those who enjoy walking, Rouen is a city that is particularly easy to explore on foot: its medieval streets, lively squares and numerous monuments are just a few minutes away from the property.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have a lift and the flat is located on the 1st floor. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may encounter difficulties accessing the property.

Check-in is via the ArchiDuchesse concierge service from 4pm to 8pm and check-out must be completed by 11am at the latest.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

When renting accommodation, it is important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. And if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know.
Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
