Located on the 3rd and top floor of a secure building (no elevator), Le Nid Douillet is a 27 m² apartment featuring a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a shower room with WC.

Le Nid Douillet offers:

Shower room: sink unit, towel rack, shower, and WC. Fully equipped kitchen: small refrigerator, microwave-grill, two ceramic hob plates, kettle, and kitchen essentials. Living area: coffee table that can be raised and converted into a dining table. Separate bedroom: double bed (140x200) and a dresser for your clothes. The apartment is equipped with fiber optic internet and a smart TV providing easy access to your favorite apps (Canal+, Netflix, Deezer, YouTube, etc.). For medium and long stays, the building offers free access to a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board upon request.
Bed and household linens are provided for your comfort.

No private parking is available, but street parking is possible nearby according to city rates.

The apartment is managed by ArchiDuchesse Concierge, available 7 days a week from 10:00–12:30 and 14:00–21:00. Please take care of the apartment, respect the space, and be considerate of the neighbors. A security deposit will be requested via a secure link to finalize your booking and receive the access codes.
Would you like to extend your stay? A one-time fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval by our concierge team.

Located on Place Cauchoise, in the heart of Rouen Rive Droite, this charming fully renovated one-bedroom apartment offers an ideal base to explore and enjoy the city.

Just 10 minutes on foot from the train station, 7 minutes from the Rive Droite quays, and 5 minutes from the lively Vieux-Marché square, you will have easy access to all the delights of Rouen: local shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, museums, gyms, and more.

Public Transportation Nearby:

Metro: The nearest metro station is just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to reach the city center, the train station, and main shopping areas quickly and easily.

Bus: Several bus lines pass right by Place Cauchoise, including lines 3, 4, and 5, connecting you to many points of interest in Rouen and the surrounding towns.

TEOR: The TEOR line, a high-level bus service, is also nearby. It provides fast and comfortable travel across the metropolitan area, with strategically located stops linking key areas of the city.

Accessibility: Whether you want to visit the magnificent Rouen Cathedral, stroll through Old Rouen, or explore the museums, everything is within easy reach thanks to an efficient public transport network.

Important Information About the Apartment:

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Guests with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may experience difficulty accessing the apartment.

Check-in is self-service for flexibility from 16:00, and check-out must be completed by 11:00.

The apartment is managed by ArchiDuchesse Concierge, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 21:00. Guests receive:

Bed and household linens (sheets, large towels, dish towels, bath mats), Essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper…), Welcome kit including kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, sponge, and dishwashing liquid, available for the entire stay.

To ensure a smooth stay and avoid issues with the security deposit:

Treat the apartment as your own: avoid damage, respect furniture, and leave the space clean upon departure. Follow all usage instructions and respect check-in/out times. Parties are strictly prohibited (€250 deducted from the security deposit), No smoking inside (€50 deducted from the security deposit), No pets allowed unless previously approved (€50 deducted from the security deposit)
Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at full replacement value
