Located near the quays, this bright and cozy one-bedroom apartment (F2) welcomes you for your stay in Rouen. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, you will enjoy this lovely apartment with private parking included.

The apartment is filled with natural light and features a comfortable living area with a sofa, coffee table, and TV, open to a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need to cook and enjoy your stay: oven, microwave, stovetop, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all essential kitchen utensils.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with storage, and the bathroom includes a shower, vanity unit, and toilet.

Thanks to its close proximity to public transport, you can easily reach the city center and explore the historical and cultural highlights of Rouen.

Bed linens and towels are provided for your comfort. Private parking is available with the apartment.

The Saint-Sever district, located on the left bank of Rouen, is a lively area that combines history with a vibrant commercial life. Well served by public transport, including the metro and several bus lines, it provides quick access to the historic city center while offering plenty of amenities nearby.

## Transit

You are just a 5-minute walk from the Seine quays and 15 minutes from Rouen city center.
A dedicated parking space is available for you, located just 200 meters from the apartment.

## Notes

Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which may pose access difficulties for guests with reduced mobility.

Check-ins are self-service for added flexibility, starting from 4:00 PM, and check-outs must be completed by 11:00 AM. The property is managed by our team, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will find:

- Bed linens and towels for all guests
- Essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper…)
- One large towel per person, along with dish towels and a bath mat for each bathroom
- A welcome kit provided for the entire stay, including kitchen and bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid
- We are committed to providing a pleasant stay, but please note that this is not a hotel. Mid-stay cleaning, refresh of linens/towels, restocking of essentials, or additional services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

To ensure a smooth stay, please follow these important rules:

- Take care of the apartment as if it were your own
- Respect the furniture and leave the property clean upon departure
- Follow instructions regarding check-in/out times and use of amenities
- Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors

Parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be withheld from the deposit), The apartment is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be withheld from the deposit), Pets are not allowed (€50 will be withheld from the deposit) unless previously approved, Any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at replacement value.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your booking without notice.
